After living in Newcastle for over 7 years it’s refreshing to find estate agents that communicates with their tenants and make sure issues are dealt quickly. My House is led by people who are passionate about what they do and you can feel it in the way they work with their tenants. They have provided us with great support from the period we moved in and throughout the year. I would recommend talking to them if you’re looking for a place to rent as a professional or a student, their admin fees are really affordable compared to other agencies.

As a landlord, I have been with Myhouse-NE for about 3 years now. I have found all the staff to be friendly, helpful, professional and supportive whenever I have had to contact them by email or telephone about my property or about tenancy issues. Rent statements and the rent are paid on time each month as stipulated. Andrew, Meena and Lukas have been the main people that I have had dealings with and have all been great. I have known Andrew for much longer than 3 years and have always found him to be helpful, supportive and understanding. Both Andrew and Meena secured a higher rental yield for me in the new tenancy as the rent on my property had not been increased for several years. As a small landlord, I would highly recommend this agent. From my dealings with Andrew, I know that the agent also provides a good service to the tenants who, after all, are the landlord’s customers and it is important to keep your customers happy so that they remain in the property and pay the rent for as long as possible as it provides security of income to all stakeholders.
